WOMEN'S CROSS COUNTRY RUNS TO A 12TH PLACE FINISH IN METS CHAMPIONSHIP

BRONX, NEW YORK--- The St. Francis College women’s cross country squad placed 12th at the Metropolitan Championships, which were held in Van Cortlandt Park. Columbia University took team honors while Jackie Drouin of Columbia University took home individual honors. 
 
Paving the way for the Terriers was junior Atoya Webb (Queens, NY/Jamaica HS) finished the 5K run in 53rd place, with a time of 20:31. Freshman Mary Gallagher (Brooklyn, NY/Bishop Kearney) finished in 55th place with a time of 20:41 while senior Jeannette Dobosz (Brooklyn, NY/Martin Luther) finished with a time of 21:05. 
 
The Terriers are gearing up for the 43rd Annual UAlbany Cross Country Invitational, which will feature 21 men’s and women’s team in attendance, on October 17th

Anisa Lila
Volleyball
Lila becomes the first Terrier volleyball player to win an NEC weekly honor since the 2000 season. She was able to record 65 kills and 51 digs as the Terriers went 2-2 at its own Terrier Invitational this past weekend.
