DUKE INVITATIONAL RESULTS
DURHAM, NORTH CAROLINA--- Sophomore Dominique Burrus continues to be a force to reckon with in the Long Jump event as she soared to a fourth place finish at Duke with a jump of 5.81 meters. With that mark, Burrus, set a new St. Francis College outdoor long jump record while taking the number one spot in the conference and qualifying for ECAC’s in the process.
Junior Atoya Webb placed 9th in the 400 meters (59.95)while freshman Jasmin Viera placed 13th (5:07.43) in the 1500 meters and junior Alexandra Delacruz was 16th in 5:09.90. Junior Vancecia Hoyte turned in a time of 27.36 (26th) in the 200 meters. The Terriers will be in action this weekend as they compete in the Lou Onesty Invitational from Charlottesville, Virginia, hosted by the University of Virginia.
