STATEN ISLAND, NEW YORK---The St. Francis College men’s tennis team recorded back-to-back conference victories, as they defeated intra-state rival Wagner College, 7-0, yesterday at the Wagner Tennis Courts in Staten Island, New York. With the victory, the Terriers improve to 2-1 in the Northeast Conference (2-11 overall) while the Seahawks falter to 0-8 and 0-2 in the conference.
The Terriers took all three doubles matches points and won all six matches in straight set decisions. The Terriers will head back to Staten Island on April 9th to square off against the Seahawks at 2:00 pm.
